This policy explains what Overcode Apps collects when you use the service at overcode.staging.autivia.ai, why we collect it, and what choices you have. We have written it in plain English rather than legal shorthand.
Account details. Your name, email address and the organisation you belong to, so we can create your account, sign you in and tell your work apart from someone else's.
Content you create. Anything you upload, type, generate or store while using the service. It belongs to you. We hold it so we can show it back to you and so the features you asked for can work.
Usage and technical data. Pages you open, actions you take, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type, and error logs. This keeps the service reliable and helps us find faults.
Billing details. If you pay for the service, our payment provider handles your card details. We never see or store your full card number.
We use your information to run and secure the service, to provide support when you ask for it, to bill you correctly, to meet legal obligations, and to improve how the product works. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to advertise to you.
Only the people and companies who need to. That means our own staff where support or maintenance requires it, and the service providers who host, process, deliver or secure the product on our behalf. Those providers may only act on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the safety and rights of our users.
We keep your account information for as long as your account is open. Content is kept until you delete it or close your account, after which it is removed from our active systems and then from our backups within a reasonable period. We may keep records we are legally required to retain, such as invoices.
We protect data in transit and at rest, restrict internal access to those who need it, and review our systems regularly. No online service can promise perfect security, but we take this seriously and will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.
You can access, correct, export or delete your information, object to certain processing, or ask us to close your account entirely. Write to us and we will help. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator.
The service is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and let account holders know before the change takes effect.
