These terms are the agreement between you and Overcode Apps for the service at overcode.staging.autivia.ai. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to do so.
You need an account to use the service. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, make sure the information on your account is accurate, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by people you invite into it.
Use the service for lawful purposes only. Do not break the law with it, do not infringe anyone else's rights, do not upload malicious code, do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to our systems, and do not resell or reverse engineer the service unless we have agreed to it in writing. We may suspend an account that is putting the service or other users at risk.
Anything you upload or create with the service stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to host, process and display it so the service can work for you. You are responsible for having the rights to the material you put in, and for making sure what you produce with it is lawful and appropriate for the use you put it to.
We own the software, the interface and everything we supply, and you get a limited, non-exclusive right to use it while your account is active. We improve the service continually, so features may change. If we plan to remove something significant, we will give reasonable notice.
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you have chosen, and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period already paid, unless the law says otherwise. Prices can change with notice ahead of your next renewal. Unpaid accounts may be suspended.
We work hard to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. Maintenance, third-party outages and events outside our control happen. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The service is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost profits, or for lost data beyond our own reasonable control, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to. When an account closes, your right to use the service ends and your content may be deleted after a reasonable period.
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell account holders about significant changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
